Description of the cottages
Three independent stone cottages were created from a small farm.
The property can accommodate up to 12 guests 7 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, perfect group accommodation for friends and families wishing to be together in one single location but in separate houses, so you can still maintain your privacy. Air-conditioning available for the upstairs.

La Ferme des Vergardes is a magnificent fully renovated farmhouse. This set, all in stone, consists of 3 independent accommodations, with private swimming pool and a very beautiful park, a few kilometers from the pretty village of Saint-Crépin Carlucet.
La Ferme des Vergardes is located close to all amenities. In the village of Salignac a few minutes away, there is a supermarket, shops and in particular a producers’ shop very well stocked by the food artisans and market gardeners of the region. A nice weekly market completes this local offer, on Friday at the end of the day. Do you like flowery walks? Head to the beautiful gardens of the Manoir d’Eyrignac! Heritage lovers will enjoy a stroll at the Château de Lacypierre, one of the smallest châteaux in Périgord, completely renovated with the family. A few minutes by road, the magnificent medieval city of Sarlat, at the gates of the Dordogne Valley, its castles, leisure activities and cultural visits. Explore the Vézère Valley, world famous for its prehistoric sites, its caves decorated with rock paintings and engravings, such as that of Lascaux (the International Center of Parietal Art) or Font de Gaume.
